While there's no strict age requirement, FairytalePark is designed to be family-friendly. We expect all players to follow our community guidelines and maintain a respectful environment. Players under 13 should have parental permission to play.

Yes! We offer a 3-day free trial for new players to experience the magic of FairytalePark. During the trial, you'll have access to most areas with some limitations. To start your trial, visit our store and select the "Free Trial" option.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account on our store page. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. We don't offer refunds for partial months, but you'll have full access until your subscription expires.

Yes, to ensure a magical experience for everyone, we have server rules that all players must follow:

1. Be respectful to all players and staff members
2. No griefing, stealing, or vandalism
3. Use appropriate language (this is a family-friendly server)
4. No cheating, hacking, or exploiting game mechanics
5. Follow building guidelines in each park area
6. Advertising other servers is prohibited
7. Respect the roleplay experience of other players

Building in the main park areas is restricted to maintain the immersive experience for all visitors. However, Premium members can claim a residential plot in our Resort Worlds where they have full building permissions. We also host regular building competitions where players can showcase their creativity!
